About Hedi Kennerknecht
I am originally from Germany and have been working in real estate since 2002.My goal for sellers is to get them the best price for their home possible and to finish the transaction in a timely manner.
I coordinate all necessary steps to get the house ready for the market, including negotiating with contractors, house cleaners and stagers.
I love to help first-time buyers as well as experienced old timers" find the right home. I also assist them in creating a timetable for their move. I help seniors with their sometimes stressful decision of leaving their familiar environment and moving to another area. I support them in finding a place to live as well as in dissolving their current household.
Since I am foreign-born, I am able to put myself in the shoes of international movers. I know from my own experience what is important when you move to another country. Getting used to a new town, and very often another language, is very difficult.
I can bring some relief by providing information about schools and all other aspects of daily life.

Ich bin in Deutschland geboren und 1996 nach Kalifornien gezogen. Seit 2002 arbeite ich als Immobilienmaklerin in der Gegend von San Franzisko.

Ich unterstütze Senioren, die durch die anstrengede Zeit des Verlassens der gewohnten Umgebung und totalen Lebensveränderung gehen, und helfe Ihnen, eine neue Wohnung zu finden und einen Plan zu erstellen, Ihren Haushalt aufzulösen.
Aus eigene Erfahrung weiss ich , wie schwer es ist, in ein neues Land umzusiedeln. Daher kann ich mich sehr gut in die Lage von Immigranten versetzen, die sich in einer neuen Umgebung und Sprache einfinden müssen.
Ich bin in der Lage Schul- und andere allgemeine Information zu geben.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne in Museen und freue mich an den vielen kulturellen Dingen, sowie Sportmöglichkeiten, die meine Umgebung bieten. Mein neues Land bietet mir Meer und Berge, es ist einfach traumhaft.
